Full/Part - Time: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm - May include some weekend and evening work as required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This person will report directly to The Editing Supervisor. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Editing incoming reports (i.e. Mystery Shops, surveys, etc.);
- Proofreading documents (i.e. forms, instructions, marketing materials, manuals, newsletters etc.);
- Data Entry;
- Telephone Mystery Shops;
- Telephone surveys;
- Contacting SQM's Field Representatives;
- Contacting potential Field Representatives;
- Tracking calls;
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
TThe successful candidate will possess or be currently working towards a Degree, Diploma or Major in English, Literature, Linguistics, or Translation. A critical eye for detail is essential for the position. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and the Internet is mandatory. An understanding of Lotus Notes would be an asset. The ability to be comfortable making telephone calls is required. Strong communication (both written and oral) and outstanding organizational skills are a must. Enthusiasm, energy and a goal / results-oriented attitude are prerequisites. Preference will be given to bilingual applicants especially those with a proficiency in English, French and Spanish. Success in this position lends itself to career advancement within the company.

Position: SENIOR SALES MANAGER

Sensors Quality Management Inc. is currently looking to add a Senior Sales Manager to our growing team. Although the main focus of this position will be to sell our Mystery Shopping programs, the person will also be responsible for generating sales of SQM's other services. This position reports directly to the President of the company. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintaining rapport with existing clients;
- Acquiring new business leads;
- Developing relationships with new clients;
- Developing and negotiating contracts with program parameters;
- Negotiating pricing structures with existing and potential clients;
- Following up on internal leads;
- Strategic planning and value enhancement;
- Managing the transition of new clients to the Operations Department;
- Networking and developing industry knowledge and expertise;
- Developing profitability and volume with existing client programs;
- Client care and client satisfaction management;
- Conduct research on market development;
- Assess marketing and sales opportunities;
- Assist in developing new marketing strategies; and
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate should possess a degree in Business Management or Marketing, or have experience in a progressive sales position. Above average communication skills are required for this position, including excellent skills in public speaking. Creativity and excellent time management skills are essential. A vehicle is mandatory, as well as a valid drivers license and current insurance. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, and also be an active member of the team. Experience and comfort in a computerized environment are essential to the position. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and the Internet is mandatory. Position: MARKETING INTERNS
Full/Part - Time:Full Time / Part Time- for 2 month or 4 month terms. This is a non-paid, volunteer work experience position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The work placement students will report directly to the President, but will also be liaising with the Marketing Team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Developing a variety of surveys and research methodologies for a consumer behavioural study that profiles customers according to demographics and psychographics;
- Producing a variety of surveys and research methodologies for internal company purposes;
- Developing and/or implementing direct-mail campaigns;
- Participating in the development of company brochures;
- Participating in sales/marketing strategy sessions;
- Assisting in maintaining a strong Internet presence for the company; and
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will be working towards a degree in Marketing. Success in this position depends on the individual’s ability to work both independently and as a member of the team. He / she should possess a critical eye for detail, and be organized and thorough. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are also required.
